Se Serra do Mar é a raiz, a Bahia é a comunidade: o lugar onde a tese vira convívio. A frente nasceu de uma virada de conceito — de pousada para clube regenerativo de base local.
Ticket menor, frequência alta, receita previsível o ano inteiro. A alta temporada deixa de ser o negócio e vira puro upside. O que sustenta o clube não é o turista de dezembro: é quem vive ali e volta toda semana.
O acesso se organiza em camadas — títulos e mensalidade, com condição diferenciada para nativos e categoria social. O título premium de quem vem de fora financia o acesso de quem é dali. E isso não é contrapartida: é o próprio argumento de venda.
If Serra do Mar is the root, Bahia is the community: the place where the thesis becomes shared life. This front was born from a shift in concept — from an inn to a regenerative club rooted in the local.
Smaller ticket, high frequency, predictable revenue all year round. High season stops being the business and becomes pure upside. What sustains the club is not the December tourist: it is the person who lives there and comes back every week.
Access is organised in layers — memberships and monthly fees, with differentiated conditions for locals and a social category. The premium membership of those coming from outside funds access for those who are from there. And this is not a concession: it is the sales argument itself.
